By means of present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following relief: "Issue a writ, order of direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 3 to be decide the claim of the petitioner made through representation in subject to regularize on the post of Seasonal Assistant Wasil Baqi Nawis in pursuance of the circular/amended rule 2011 issued on 26.05.2011." Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the above regard, petitioner has already approached the authority concerned, namely respondent no. 3 by moving representation dated 14.8.2025, which is still pending. Learned Standing Counsel submits that he has no objection in the event direction is issued to the competent authority to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner in a time bound period.
