By means of present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for a writ of mandamus to command respondent to consider the claim of the petitioner for appointment on the post of post of constable GD in CAPFs and Rifleman in Assam Rifles-2015. It is contended that petitioner did not get any other person to appear in his behalf during examination and yet respondent has wholly illegally cancelled the candidature of the petitioner on the ground of impersonation.
