By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for a writ of mandamus to command the respondent No.- 2 to consider his request for transfer order from 33rd PAC Battalion, Jhansi to 4th PAC Battalion, Prayagraj as he has only six months to go in retirement. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in above regard petitioner has made representation dated 9th May, 2025 which has remained pending till date. 5. Learned Standing counsel has no objection in case if petitioner's representation is directed to be decided by the concerned competent respondent in a time bound period. 6.
