By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner wants a direction in the nature of mandamus to command respondent No.- 2 to consider his request for transfer from district Etah to district Prayagraj as has been prayed in his representation dated 18th March, 2025 in terms of the Government order dated 6th May, 2025. 3. Learned Standing counsel has no objection in case if petitioner's representation is directed to be decided by the concerned competent respondent in a time bound period. 4.
