By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for quashing of the notice dated 30th August, 2025, whereby recovery has been sought to be made from the petitioner to the tune of Rs.1,71,005/-. 3. Per contra, it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that since petitioner has already submitted a detailed reply to the notice on 8th September, 2025, the authority may be directed to dispose of the matter of notice in accordance with law. 4.
