Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following relief: "(a). issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents and directing them (especially respondent no.2) to decide the claim of the petitioner within stipulated period with regards to ensure the payment of salary with added increments as regular manner and also provide the benefit of A.C.P. after completion of 10 years regular service with pending since in the year 2020." Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in above regard petitioner has already approached the authority concerned for consideration of his claim by means of a representation dated 22nd April, 2024 which has remained pending till date.
