Heard Sri Mahendra Pratap Singh, learned Advocate holding brief of Sri Babu Lal Ram, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is legally wedded wife of respondent no. 3 and concealing this fact, respondent no. 3 has committed bygamy by marrying another woman. It is further contended that in the above regard, petitioner made a complaint against respondent no. 3 and respondent no. 3 was consequently chargesheeted and disciplinary proceedings was initiated against him, but same has not been concluded till date. Learned Standing Counsel states that the matter of chargesheet may be directed to be examined by the disciplinary authority in accordance with law, in a time bound period.
