By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for quashing of the order dated 30th July, 2025, whereby medical reimbursement claim of the petitioner has been rejected for being delayed by two years and that of his wife delayed by one year. 3. It is contended that medical reimbursement claims have validly preferred then mere delay cannot be a ground to reject the same. It is contended that controversy regarding medical reimbursement is no more res integra in the light of the judgment of this Court in the case of Maimuna Begum v.
