Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, petitioner has assailed the order passed by disciplinary authority dated 19.07.2025 terminating his services. 3. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel Sri Rahul Malviya, as to the maintainability of this petition at this stage for reason that the petitioner has alternative efficacious remedy of statutory appeal under the U.P. Government Servant (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1999. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the above. 5.
