By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent authorities to pay to the petitioner Family Pension Amount for the period of 1 April, 2022 to 28 February, 2025 which was due on his mother late Gulab Kali after the death of petitioner's father along with Gratuity, G.P.F. and other associated retirement benefits; as early as possible or within stipulate time period which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper." 3. Learned Standing counsel has no objection in case if petitioner's representation is directed to be decided by the concerned competent respondent in a time bound period and in accordance with law provided petitioner makes a fresh representation. 4.
