Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent authorities to pay to the petitioner Family Pension Amount for the period of 1 April, 2022 to 28 February, 2025 which was due on his mother late Gulab Kali after the death of petitioner's father along with Gratuity, G.P.F. and other associated retirement benefits; as early as possible or within stipulate time period which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper." 3.
