Learned Standing Counsel raises preliminary objection regarding maintainability of this petition on the ground of availability of alternative efficacious remedy of revision. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner could not dispute the above. 4. In view of the above, while I decline to interfere with the order impugned at this stage, I hereby provide that in the event petitioner prefers revision within a period of four weeks from today, the authority sitting in revision shall dispose of the same on merits within a further period of two months.
