This petition has been filed by the petitioner on 28.08.2025 challenging the order dated 20.07.2018 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad Bench, Allahabad in Original Application ('O.A.') No.1557 of 2015 whereby the O.A. filed by the petitioner against non-grant of compassionate appointment has been dismissed. 2. The O.A. was dismissed after the Tribunal came to the conclusion that the petitioner had failed to obtain the requisite marks for being accorded the compassionate appointment looking to the limited number of vacancies. 3. In the writ petition, no explanation has been indicated for approaching this Court after seven years of passing of the order impugned.
