Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the respondents to decide the appeal preferred before the learned Collector/District Magistrate, Kanpur Nagar on 30.06.2013 expeditiously preferably within specific period pending before the learned Collector/District Magistrate, Kanpur Nagar." 3. Learned Standing counsel has no objection in case if petitioner's appeal is directed to be decided by the concerned appellate authority in a time bound period and in accordance with law. 5. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent no.1 to consider and decide the appeal of the petitioner 19.06.2013 as expeditiously as possible preferably WRIA No. 1420
