By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, petitioner prays for age relaxation to be granted to the petitioner in view of the recommendation made by the District Magistrate, Mau on 16.05.2025 for the purpose of permanent appointment as Collection Ameen. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the State Government has not taken any decision in the matter despite representation made on 16.05.2025. 4.
