Since the petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 19.05.2025 passed by respondent no.3 it is non disputed by the petitioner that selection had also taken place at the end of respondent no.3. 3. Accordingly, Sri R.K. Singh Kaosik, learned counsel for the respondents has raised preliminary objection as to the maintainability of this petition before this Court. He has also relied upon a Division Bench judgment of this Court in the case of Amit Kumar Yadav v. Union of India and 4 others vide Writ C No14651 of 2025 decided on 16.09.2025. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the legal position emerging out from the judgment of the Division Bench inasmuch as the relief claimed is against respondent no.3 who is in Bangaluru which falls within the territorial jurisdiction of Karnataka High Court. 5. In view
