By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner is aggrieved by the order of transfer dated 04.04.2025 and the plea taken is that three times in a year, he has been transferred. 3. Learned Standing counsel submits that he has been transferred within the district hence he may not have any grievance however he is not averse to the petitioner's representation being directed to be decided by the concerned competent respondent in a time bound period and in accordance with law provided petitioner makes a fresh representation. WRIA No. 14196 of 2025 2 4. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the petitioner to make a fresh representation regarding his claim before competent respondent authority within a period of two weeks, the same shall be looked into and considered and also
