By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, petitioner has claimed terminal dues in respect of his father Late Ram Abhilakh Yadav who since had gone missing on 14.12.2006, civil court finally declared his civil death vide judgment and decree dated 11.02.2020 but his claim is that even after declaration of civil death no terminal dues were paid to the petitioner, no dues have been paid. 3. Learned counsel for the respective respondents submits that since the petitioner has moved WRIA No. 14172 of 2025 2 application/representation in the above regard on 25.07.2025 before respondent no.3
