By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for a writ of mandamus to command the competent authority to disburse the post retirement dues of the petitioner as the same has remained unpaid till date though the petitioner has retired on 31.12.2024. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the above regard papers were moved and certain querries were made vide letter dated 18.09.2024 to which petitioner made reply on 02.05.2025 and then again on 01.09.2025 but no final decision has been taken. 4.
