This petition is preferred against the order of termination dated 25.02.2015 on the plea that petitioner was earlier suffering from some ailment for which she had undergone treatment and further she had a mental agony as a criminal case was instituted against her. Per contra learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection as tot he entertainability of this petition after a lapse of almost 10 years for which no sufficient explanation has been offered. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the above request. In view of the above, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn and consigned to records without any further liberty. (Ajit Kumar,J.)
