The instant petition has been filed by petitioner to direct the respondent no. 2 to decide the petitioner's representation/application dated 21.04.2025 within stipulated period. 3. Petitioner is complainant and as a third party she is here before this Court for a direction to the respondent no. 2 to consider her complaint and dispose of same in accordance with law. Her complaint has been made against the respondent no. 5 and in my considered view such complaint cannot be directed to be examined in service jurisdiction by this Court at the instance of a third party. Petitioner does not have any stake in the employment of establishment and no public interest litigation is entertainable in service matter. 4.
