By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner is aggrieved by the order of re-fixation dated 26.08.2025 re- fixing the pay of the petitioner in the promotional pay scale w.e.f. 01.07.2007. It is argued on behalf of the petitioner that such re-fixation after a lapse of long years is an issue before this Court in Writ - A No. 9551 of 2020 which has been entertained and interim protection has been granted. Per contra it is submitted by learned Standing Counsel that even though the order had been passed for re-fixation on 26.08.2025 petitioner was further issued with the show cause notice on 06.09.2025 to which petitioner should submit reply in the first instance and it is submitted that in the event petitioner submits reply, his reply may be considered and matte
