Sri Rajesh Tripathi, learned counsel appearing for the respondents has raised a preliminary objection as to the maintainability of the writ petition on the ground of territorial jurisdiction of this Court. 2. Upon perusal of the order impugned, I find that that the petitioner has questioned the order which has been passed by the Brig Commandant, GREF Centre at Pune. Petitioner is also posted at Pune where he was served with notice. 3. In such circumstances, I find merit in the preliminary objection raised by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents and decline to grant indulgence in the matter. 4. The writ petition is consigned to record with liberty to the petitioner to approach the High Court concerned which may have the territorial jurisdiction in respect of the subject matter.
