By means of present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for direction to respondent no. 3 to 5 to pay general providentfund amount to the petitioner as petitioner had already attained the age of superannuation on 31st January, 2021. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that 90 percent GPF amount has come to be paid as he has received instructions from his client in this regard and now only 10 percent amount remainst to be paid .
