This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to the Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad Bench, Allahabad to hear the pending Original Application ('OA') filed by the petitioners 2. Submissions have been made that petition has been filed on 13.01.2024, pleadings are complete, the matter is repeatedly getting listed before the Tribunal, however, the same is not being heard and, therefore, the Tribunal be directed to hear the matter with expedition. 3. We have considered the submissions made and perused the material available on record. 4. The original application is repeatedly getting listed before the Tribunal.
