Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, petitionerd want age relaxation in respect of the recruitment to be conducted by the respondents pursuant to the advertisement published in the year 2025 in view of the relaxation granted to certain category of the candidates vide Government Order dated 26.05.2025. 3. Learned Standing Counsel raises objection regarding maintainability of this petition but now at this stage when the petitioners had already gone over aged. It is submitted that in identical set of facts this Court has dismissed a petition being Writ - A No.- 13689 of 2025 (Naveen Bhati and 2 others v. State of U.P. and 3 others) vide order dated 12.09.2025. 4. Upon a pointed query being made, learned counsel for the petitioners could not dispute that petitioners' year of birth
