By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following relief: "(I). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent concerned to pass appropriate orders of the payment of salary in favour of the petitioner on the post of Medical Superintendent for the period (July, 2022 - January, 2023). 3.
