Court No. - 4 HON'BLE AJIT KUMAR, J. Heard learned counsel for the parties. Petitioner is seeking placement and joining in the income tax department on Group 'C' post. Sri Piyush Mishra, learned panel counsel has raised preliminary objection as to the maintainability of this petition on the ground that income tax department has stood notified under Section 14 of the Central Administrative Tribunal Act, 1985.
