It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that even though petitioner has challenged the order retiring him but even in cases of such other employees, who have also challenged the order retiring them have been paid group insurance amount. It is contended that accordingly petitioner is also entitled to group insurance amount to be paid to him, which may be, of course subject to the order to be passed in a pending writ petition. 3. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to make a fresh representation within a period of four weeks from today in the light of undertaking given today before this Court that the payment shall abide by result of the petition and in the event such representation is made, the same shall be considered and disposed of by respondent No.- 2 withi
