This petition is directed against the order dated 17.04.2025 passed by Central Administrative Tribunal, Lucknow Bench, Lucknow, whereby the Original Application ('OA") filed by the respondent has been allowed and the order dated 01.08.2024 and order dated 02.08.2024, by which respondent was transferred from Lucknow to Patna and was relieved from Lucknow respectively, have been quashed. 2. At the outset, counsel for the petitioners was asked as to how the writ petition against an order passed by Central Administrative Tribunal, Lucknow Bench, Lucknow is maintainable before this Court at Allahabad, to which it was submitted that as the order dated 01.08.2024 was issued by Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti having its headquarter office at Gautam Buddha Nagar, the writ petition has been filed at Allahabad.
