No. 3/2018/1/3/96-Ka-4-2018 dated 23.03.2018 pending before respondent no. 2." It appears from the records that the petitioner has already represented the matter to the respondent no. 2 vide representation dated 04.03.2025 which is still pending consideration. WRIA No. 14000 of 2025 2 Learned Standing Counsel submits that he has no objection in the event this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to look into
