Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following relief as substantial relief: "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 2 to pay post retiral dues as gratuity, G.P.F., Commutation of Pension, Insurance and pension, in favour of the petitioner within a stipulated period. ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 2 to pay the arrear of salary differences in favour of the petitioner from 28.03.2022 to 31.03.2025 pending with the respondent department." It appears from the records that the petitioner has already represented the matter to the respondent no. 2 vide representation dated 07.05.2025 which is still pending consideration. L
