Heard learned counsel for petitioner and Shri P.K. Srivastava, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for following relief: "(i). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to grant/ pay pension, gratuity & other retiral benefits to the petitioner from the date of retirement along with admissible interest and regular pension be also paid to the petitioner." 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that in the above regard petitioner has already represented the matter to the competent authority namely respondent no. 2 on 10.04.2024.
