By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following relief as substantial relief: "i) a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent no. 2 to consider and decide the petitioner's transfer application dated 18.05.2025 (Annexure No. 6 to this writ petition) in accordance with Rule 5(iii) of the Transfer Policy 2025-2026, expeditiously, preferably within a stipulated period as fix by this Hon'ble Court, keeping in view the compelling personal grounds including the posting of the petitioner's spouse, education of minor children, and care of elderly parents."
