By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following relief as substantial relief: "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents authority to consider the Regularization from the date of appointment dated 10.10.1986 calculating the service of the petitioner rendered on ad-hock basis by the petitioner in accordance with law with all consequential benefits. ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondent authority to consider the representation filed by the petitioner with regard to regularization of the service of the petitioner from date of ad-hock appointment on 10.10.1986, will all consequential benefits accordance with law within stipulated period."
