Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent authority to give the benefit of second A.C.P. and third A.C.P. after completing 16 and 26 years services and also may be pleased to direct the respondent authority to pay the salary of the petitioner from the month of February to March 2024." 3.
