By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs: "a. Issue, a writ, order or direction, in the nature of mandamus, directing the Respondent Authorities, to pay the pension and other benefits to the petitioner, (after calculating the training period) and treating the petitioner continuity in his services, since his initial date of appointment, and add the earlier service period of Indian Army, in pursuance of the Government orders 17/02/2022 & 21/01/2016, with all consequential benefits. b. Issue, a writ, order or direction, in the nature of mandamus, directing the Respondent Authorities, to consider the grievances of the petitioner, and to pass appropriate orders within stipulated time, with r
