By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, petitioner has questioned the order passed by the disciplinary authority dated 05.12.2025. 3. Sri P. K. Srivastava, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has raised preliminary objection as to the maintainability of this petition as the petitioner has alternative efficacious remedy of statutory appeal under the relevant Discipline and Appeal Rules. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the above fact. 5. In view of the above, I decline to grant indulgence in the matter. However it is provided that in the event petitioner prefers statutory appeal within four weeks from today the same shall be WRIA No. 13922 of 2025 2 considered and disposed of within a further period of two months. 6.
