By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has challenged the order dated 25th August, 2025, by which petitioner has been given a show cause notice by cancelling the appointment of the petitioner as Anganwadi worker on the ground that petitioner's income certificate has been cancelled by the competent authority. 3. In the considered view of the Court, once the petitioner has already submitted reply to the show cause notice dated 25.08.2025 on 28.08.2025, it would be more appropriate for the petitioner to await the final decision.
