By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks certain benefits of the driver's grade pursuant to the Government Order dated 12.01.2015 which has not been accorded to him till date even though he retired from the respondent-establishments in the year 2023. 3. Learned Standing counsel has no objection in case if petitioner's representation is directed to be decided by the concerned competent respondent in a time bound period and in accordance with law. 6.
