Heard Sri Atmaram Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Rahul Malviya, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, petitioner has prayed for quashing of the order dated 21.12.2024 whereby the claim of the petitioner for appointment on the post of Constable has been put to end only for want of due police verification. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that soon after selection petitioner got married to one Vipul on 17.02.2025 and both husband and wife started living with the mother of the petitioner. Subsequently she conceived and had to undergo treatment which continued till 26.04.2025 and she faced the fate of abortion on 20.12.2025.
