By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner wants consideration of his representation dated 23.05.2022 by respondent no.2 who is competent authority in the matter as the petitioner has set up a claim for second ACP benefit. The first ACP benefit has already been granted to the petitioner and now under the relevant Government Order petitioner is entitled to second such benefit. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the above regard he has already represented the matter before the competent authority which is pending consideration till date. 4. Learned Standing counsel has no objection in case if petitioner's representation is directed to be decided by the concerned competent respondent in WRIA No. 13873 of 2025 2 a time bound period and in accordance with law. 5. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed
