Petitioner who has retired from the respondent- establishment on 31.07.2018 seeks writ in the nature of mandamus to command the respondents to give certain dues that have remained unpaid including 50 per cent of the gratuity amount and refixation of pay and certain benefits as per recommendation of 7th Pay Commission. 3.
