Heard Sri Vijay Gautam, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Sri Shubham Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for a writ of mandamus commanding the concerned competent respondent no. 3 to consider the grievance of the petitioner raised in his representation dated 27.07.2025 to remain posted either at the station where her husband is posted or at nearby station as per the transfer policy dated 06.05.2025. It appears from the records that the petitioner has already represented the matter to the respondent no. 3 vide representation dated 27.07.2025 which is still pending consideration.
