Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to consider the legal claim of the petitioners against the regular vacant posts of Collection Peon and permitting to continue to work the petitioners as Seasonal Collection Peon and pay the emolument regularly month to month when its fall dues."
