Shri Rahul Malviya, learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection in the event appeal of petitioner is directed to be disposed of by the respondent in accordance with law. 4. In view of the above this petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent No.1 to consider and dispose of the pending appeal of petitioner within a period of two months from the production of certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law and by means of a reasoned and speaking order.
