Heard learned counsel for petitioner and Shri Vijay Lal, learned Standing Counsel. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for following relief: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 3 to consider the payment of subsistence allowance of petitioner for the period ranges between 29/08/2023 to 22/07/2024 forthwith and further accord the annual increment in his salary, which was due in July, 2024 and the resultant arrears may also be directed to be paid to the petitioner after revising his salary accordingly." 3. It is submitted that in the above regard petitioner has approached the authority by making representation on 24.04.2024 but no order has been passed thereupon. 4.Shri Vijay Lal, learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection in the event representation of petitioner is directed to be disposed
