Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner who has participated in the written examination held pursuant to the advertisement issued by U.P. Subordinate Services Selection Commission dated 12th July, 2023 for the post of Eye Testing Officer, in which though he did find place in the select list but could not appear for document verification on the scheduled dates i.e. between 21st August, 2025 and 26th August, 2025 because he was suffering from typhoid and hence he could not make even representation. It is submitted that soonafter a recovery petitioner submitted a representation on 1st September, 2025 for giving another opportunity for document verification, but no decision has been tak
