Petitioner who is in service prayed for following relief: " Issue a writ or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to take a decision in the recommendation letter dated 30.12.2020 written by the respondent no. 3 to respondent no. 2 regarding payment of Assured Career Progression (ACP) to the petitioner within stipulated period." It is submitted that now respondent no. 2 will take final decision on the basis of recommendation made by respondent no. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that he has no objection in the event direction is issued to respondent no. 2 to take decision upon recommendation made by respondent no. 3 dated 30.12.2020 for the purpose of benefit to the petitioner under Assured Career Progression Scheme w.e.f. 1st September, 2020, in accordance with law provided petitioner moves fresh representation. In view of above, this petition stands disposed of
