By means of present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following relief: "1. To, issue a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding upon the respondents to pay the salary of 1691 days and further be pleased to direct the respondents to count the seniority of the petitioner since 17.12.2007 from initial appointment of the petitioner" Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the above regard, petitioner has already approached respondent no. 4 by moving representation dated 5.4.2025, which is still pending consideration. Learned Standing Counsel submits that he has no objection in the event direction is issued to competent authority to consider and decide the claim
