By means of present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for issue a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding respondent concerned to consider his claim for transfer from Ballia to Saharanpur, Meerut and Gautambudh Nagar or any other adjacent district as he already completed 6 to 7 years in Ballia district and his mother is old aged woman suffering from chest disease and nobody in his house is there to lookafter his son and family . He further submits that in the above regard he has already made a representation before respondent no. 2 on 30.04.2025, which is still pending consideration. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection in the event application/representation seeking request for transfer is directed to be disposed of in accordance with law.
